This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable between MandiGuru and every person (hereafter called 'Registered User' or User) who avails the MandiGuru service under the domain and sub-domains at https://mandiguru.co.in If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use the MandiGuru website. Reasonable use of the MandiGuru website shall automatically bound the user to this agreement. BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE MandiGuru TERMS OF SERVICES.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, which includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a user of the Site.

Log Files

Termination

Upon any such termination, cancellation and/or suspension, you are still responsible for any obligations then accrued. Payment and other obligations under this agreement are not suspended, stayed, or otherwise affected by a suspension of access to / or use of the service (in whole or in part) where said suspension arises from your failure to comply with, or violation of, the terms of this agreement or of any law or legal obligation. Upon termination and/or cancellation, for any reason, you agree to immediately cease using the service and we shall have no obligation to you after any termination or cancellation of this agreement.

You are also free to terminate or cancel this agreement at any time, and for any reason. For such a termination or cancellation to be effective however, you must inform us in writing through email, you will still be under the responsibilities of this agreement for the duration that you used the service and you will cease to have access to the use of any credits that may exist in your account

Identity verification.

We use many techniques to verify the accuracy of the users information provided to us when they register on the Site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, MandiGuru Interactive India cannot and does not confirm the purported identity of users or the validity of the information which users post to the Site. So we are assuming that the information provided by the registered users is accurate and valid. Later by any other means, if we found the registered user?s information is not valid or inaccurate, we had every right to take legal action against that registered user.

User ID.

You must choose a User ID and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under your account and shall only use or utilize the Site using your own User ID and password. You must use every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to any other person. You shall also not permit, either directly or indirectly, any other person to utilize your User ID or password. We are not responsible, if any other person misuses the service by logging into your account. MandiGuru will not be held liable to any third party claims and/or actions taken with respect to services offered.

NO WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES

MandiGuru (INCLUDING ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDE RS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE INCURRED BY WHOMEVER AND RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE AND THE INTERNET GENERALLY, ACCESS TO THE MandiGuru WEBSITE, ACCESS TO WEBSITES LINKED TO T HE MandiGuru WEBSITE, INABILITY TO ACCESS THE MandiGuru WEBSITE; INABILITY TO ACCESS WEBSITES LINKED TO THE MandiGuru WEBSITE, CONTENT AVAILABLE ON THE MandiGuru WEBSITE, SERVICES AVAILABLE FROM THE MandiGuru WEBSITE, PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FROM THE MandiGuru WEBSITE, DOWNLOADS AND USE OF CONTENT FROM THE MandiGuru WEBSITE, AND/OR ANY OTHER REASON NOT DIRECTLY RELATED TO MandiGuru GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND THE USER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IS AT ITS OWN RISK AND THAT MandiGuru IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MandiGuru WILL USE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS TO MAKE ACCESS TO MandiGuru AVAILABLE TO THE USER THROUGH THE REQUIRED ACCESS PROTOCOLS, BUT MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE USER WILL BE ABLE TO ACCESS MandiGuru AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR ANY PARTICULAR LOCATION.
